Once again, we are so pleased and honored to be returning to Varberg Sweden for our 3rd annual Weekend Retreat. From our seaside to yours Sweden, this retreat will always be so near and dear to our hearts and we welcome you to join us for a full on yoga weekend. Beyond the personal yoga practices, the Weekend Retreat has grown to be a small community of like minded people and it thrills us to have so many of you return each year. It's a time to reunite with old friends and create new ones while you fill up on your practice. As always, you can look forward to the Oasis practices that you know and love. We'll also be sure to pack with us some new, inspiring insights to light your yoga fire before the changing season. We invite you to take a short time for yourself that will hopefully take you a very long way in your practice.

YOga

At Oasis Yoga, we believe it's not about being good at something, it's about being good to yourself. During our all level classes, we'll provide you many options, modifications and variations to make your practice work for YOU! In our group sessions, we'll go through several different styles of practices including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Meditation and Pranyama. We'll strive to achieve balance in our Yin and Yang practices for optimal health and happiness!

Workshops

Ready to explore specific aspects of your yoga practice?  We'll be holding 3 simultaneous workshops just for that! You'll choose 2 to attend based on your interest and desires in deepening your practice. We'll announce the details of each workshop in the months coming and allow you to sign up for these and ensure they remain small groups. This is your ideal time to ask those questions, to explore that topic and to enjoy learning and growing in your practice.

Spa

Varberg is famous for being a charming seaside spa town and Comwell Varbers Kurort is home to an award winning spa. In your free time, you'll be able let your cares soak away in their heated seawater pools, let go of stored tension in the sauna or just enjoy some quit hammock time in the spa garden area. Spa packages or treatments can be added on for hotel guests as well as those staying elsewhere. A great addition to make the very most of your holistic health weekend retreat.
