Come and enjoy all of the practices you already know and love from The Oasis. Over the weekend, we’ll serve you a little yoga and meditation buffet. Some practices will be stronger, others softer, some anatomy focused, others for relaxation. All of them will be accessible and with your holistic health as the primary focus. It’s time to check in on your mind, body, and soul. We consider it an honor and a pleasure to be able to gently guide you through that process. So come as you are, we got you!
COMMUNITY
Over the last nine years of The Oasis, we have had the pleasure of meeting Sweden’s best! As just a couple of Americans, nothing surprises us more or makes us happier than being able to introduce you to other like minded people who live right down the street. Over the years, we have enjoyed watching new friendships, relationships and support networks build within The Oasis community. We feel truly blessed to have the best guests anyone could ever ask for! So whether you are coming alone or with others, expect to walk away feeling energized by spending quality time amongst kind and caring company!

9am - 11:45am Yoga and Mindfulness Practice
12pm - 2pm Lunch Break
2pm - 4pm Yoga and Mindfulness Practice
6pm - 8pm Optional Group Dinner
SUNDAY
9am - 11:45am Yoga and Mindfulness Practice
11:45am - 12:30pm Light Lunch Break
12:30pm - 2:30pm Closing Yoga Practice
Hotels and Beach Cottages
This year all practices will be held at Coastal Yoga : (Marmorgatan 3/ Breareds Torg, Varberg) Accommodation is not included in the price of the weekend, but here are some places we recommend staying. It's suggested to book your housing quickly as things tend to fill up as Varberg is a lovely seaside destination.
